Advanced Placement Exam
Mid-America College of Funeral Service participates in the College Board’s Advanced Placement program.
First-year students who have taken the College Board Advanced Placement Examination may be eligible for as many as 20 credits towards specific general education courses at Mid-America College of Funeral Service. AP exams that are not approved credits toward their general education courses may be approved for lower division electives for, the Bachelor of Science in Funeral Service Management, up to 36 credit hours. Students who wish to have their scores considered should request that the College Board send them directly to Mid-America College of Funeral Service (MACFS code: 0644). Scores of 3 and above may result in credit.
