Mid-America College of Funeral Service (MACFS) has established articulation agreements with its sister institutions, Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service (GJCFS) and Dallas Institute of Funeral Service (DIFS), to streamline the transfer process for students between their funeral service education programs. This agreement ensures that students can transfer without losing credits or time toward completing their degree.

Through coordinated academic advising and transfer planning, the colleges provide clear guidelines to support students in achieving their educational goals. Designated advisors from each College will work together to help students make informed decisions regarding their academic pathways, ensuring a smooth transition and successful degree attainment.

Organizational Management Program: Career Pathway in Funeral Home Management

Build on your skills and take your career to the next level with Mercy's Career Pathway in Funeral Home Management. Students who have earned an Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science, take elective courses and graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management.

You are able to complete the full Organizational Management curriculum and graduate with their bachelor's degree in as little as 12 - 18 months. Our accelerated program is designed for speed with new courses offered every month. We'll help you to work toward your Bachelor's degree while capitalizing on the credits you have earned already.
