We are seeking a Systems Administrator for our Home Office in the Galleria area of Houston, TX. The Systems Administrator helps support existing IT systems, applications, and data hosted in the Cloud and on-premises. This person also works with a team to design and implement new technologies to ensure continued quality delivery of services.

Responsibilities
* Integrate enterprise applications with cloud services to ensure seamless delivery of data to all users
* Interact with internal IT groups (Helpdesk, Networking, Telecom, Development), and other subject matter experts as key stakeholders in the planning and design of new applications and services
* Develop PowerShell code to automate the processes of the company, test and apply it at scale
* Analyze business requirements by partnering with business owners to develop solutions for IT needs
* Ensure that all systems are healthy, secure, and up to date
* Work closely with software, hardware, and service vendors on new installations and problem resolutions
* Work directly with MSP to manage and update cloud environment
* Change management of system & software configurations
* Creation and maintenance of documentation
* Tuning of systems/software components to improve performance
* Working with other support teams to determine root causes of problems
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager
* On-call rotation
* Know the trouble-shooting steps normally taken to resolve issues
* Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
* Ability to work with people across the company to ensure that the system integrity is maintained
* Effective communication skills

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Experience with Windows Server operating systems and Azure Active Directory
* Knowledge and experience with cloud-based architectures and delivery models - AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* A firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
* 3-5 years working in an IT Systems role
* Valid driver's license
* Strong troubleshooting experience
