Apprentice Funeral Director / Embalmer

Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, a family-owned firm in Amanda, Ohio is currently seeking an apprentice funeral director/embalmer or licensed funeral director/embalmer to become a part of our team. We also operate an active and growing trade service that provides much-needed support to our area colleagues. We are located 25 miles southeast of Columbus, Ohio, and 8 miles southwest of Lancaster, Ohio. We are nestled at the edge of the Hocking Hills Region yet still able to enjoy all the amenities offered by Columbus and Lancaster.

The right candidate will be consistently positive, customer-focused, and extremely attentive to details. Of course, a valid driver’s license and all the necessary licensure requirements will need to be met too.

We will offer a comprehensive benefits package including salary, bonus opportunity, retirement, health, dental, and vision. Our apprentice salary will be $40,000 plus bonus opportunity with no option for living quarters.
